READING TONIGHT: TUES JUNE 28, 2nd Cup, Barrie

Share |

I'M ON! 9pm tonight at the Society of the Spoken Word. Through the good offices of Prof. Bruce Meyer of Georgian University, founder Jon Eskedjian has invited me to read at the Society's monthly event. I should have posted this earlier but I've been running around like a lunatic doing a million things while hardly sleeping. Man, the result is better than drugs! A kind of hightened reality. So if you're in the Barrie area or feel like driving up, tonight's reading will begin 9pm at the 2nd Cup, 74 Dunlop St. East, downtown in Olde Barrie.
I'll be reading from various work, including How To Murder Your Children For Fun + Profit, a recollecting of my recent experiences driving around escorts, and that appeared in OBT (the story I mean, not the escorts). Also on tap, an excerpt from a novel I'm currently working on, Thracian Tales, and a selection of material from the novel I recently completed, Mount Royal, and which will be published in the spring by Tightrope Books.
So if you're in the Barrie area tonight around 9, drop by. It'll be fun.
