Join Nathaniel G. Moore, editor, poet and novelist, as he leads interactive writing workshops for poets and fiction writers of all levels who are ready to turn their drafts into something worthy of a literary magazine editor's desk. These workshops will assist with manuscript preparation, sharing of work, revisions, experimental collaborations, fine-tuning line breaks, rapid character development, writing realistic dialogue and taking your writing to the limit. Arrive with questions, passion and desire, and leave with the satisfaction of new material (poetry and short fiction) created during the workshop, self-editing skills and an energized outlook on your own writing. Nathaniel will discuss what editors like, what magazines are looking for and how to present your work in today's ever-changing publishing market.

The poetry workshop will run from 12 p.m.–4 p.m on Saturday, April 20, and the fiction workshop will run from 12 p.m.–4 p.m on Sunday, April 21.

Cost is $100 a day or $175 for both Saturday and Sunday. Prepayment guarantees your spot. Register before March 31, 2013 and get a copy of Best Canadian Essays 2012 or Nathaniel's Let's Pretend We Never Met.
