Photos! The 2011 Ontario Lunch
Submitted by amy on October 26, 2011 - 8:27am
On Sunday, October 23, the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC) held a lively lunch celebrating Ontario publishers and authors, in partnership with the IV (International Visitors) Program at Toronto's International Festival of Authors (IFOA). The event was held at Toronto's stunning, tower-top and lakeside Toula Restaurant. Guests were welcomed by Karen Thorne-Stone, CEO of the OMDC, and Geoffrey Taylor, Artistic Director of IFOA, and celebrated Canadian writer John Ralston Saul also spoke. Ontario publishers, authors and literary media mingled with the International Visitors at a fun and talkative reception and lunch. Open Book was there to capture some photographs. We hope people are happy to see their photograph on Open Book, but if you’d like your picture removed, please contact us at info@openbooktoronto.com and we’ll remove it as soon as possible.
