Between the Lines books has won the 2012 Wilson Institute Prize for Publishing Canadian History, worth $10,000. It has an exceptional "record of invigorating and broadening the field of Canadian History with its distinguished list of publications."

The award will be presented on December 5 at the Gladstone Hotel in Toronto at the 7:00 p.m. launch party for Speaking Up: A History of Language and Politics in Canada and Quebec by Marcel Martel and Martin Pâquet.
