We all love flights of fancy, but sometimes nothing but the truth will suffice. If you're a non-fiction aficionado, then you will want to enter this contest to win a prize pack of books from The Word on the Street's Nothing But the Truth Stage! The lucky winner will also receive a subscription to ELQ/Exile: The Literary Quarterly.

Open Book: Toronto is proud to partner once again with Toronto's favourite annual literary event, The Word on the Street for a series of fantastic contests, interviews and more!

In order to enter, simply visit The Word on the Street's website and tell us the title of a book by one of the authors presenting at the Nothing But the Truth stage.

To be eligible, send your answer with your name and mailing address to contests@openbooktoronto.com by Wednesday, September 17, 2014 with the subject line WOTS: NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.

The Word on the Street is a is a national celebration of literacy and the written word. Each September, in communities coast to coast, the public is invited to participate in hundreds of author events, presentations and workshops and to browse a marketplace that boasts the best selection of Canadian books and magazines you'll find anywhere.

ELQ/Exile: The Literary Quarterly presents distinctive new fiction, poetry, non-fiction, drama, work in translation, and the fine arts from English and French Canada, as well as from around the world. Since 1972, over 1,250 contributions from the emerging through those well-established have appeared in their pages.
