Did you miss out on our July and August SpecFic ticket contests? Well you have one more chance with September's SpecFic Grand Prize Contest!

The colloquium organizers are offering a third and final chance to win this month:

The grand prize package consists of two colloquium tickets, a signed chapbook and copy of The Steel Seraglio by Mike Carey (upon release) and a custom-designed, limited production postcard set. Please note that The Steel Seraglio (ChiZine) will be released after the colloquium and therefore sent at a later date.

The colloquium takes place on October 15, 2011 at the Toronto Underground Cinema and features talks from major science fiction, fantasy and horror authors. Guest authors include Caitlin Sweet, Emily Pohl-Weary and Daniel A. Rabuzzi. This year's theme is "Modern Mythologies", exploring how speculative fiction can offer a glimpse of other times and realities, provoking inquiry into what it means to be human. Visit the Toronto SpecFic Colloquium website for more information.

In order to submit your entry, send an email with your name and mailing address to contests@openbooktoronto.com with the subject line "Toronto SpecFic September".

This is our final contest for this exciting event, so don't miss out! The final day to enter is September 30, 2011.
