Don't Miss the Chance to Celebrate with the Toronto Poetry Vendors!

Toronto Poetry Vendors party 2012

When you were a kid, what was more fun than getting a (hopefully not rock hard) gumball or a plastic ring out of the machine at the store? Well, the Toronto Poetry Vendors capture that magic again with a literary twist. If you haven't seen their machines installed around the city, you're missing out. For a mere toonie, you can spin the handle of their refurbished gum vending machines and receive a hand-folded broadside featuring the poetry of one of ten fantastic Canadian poets.

TPV's travelling machine, Snacks, is settling in for a cozy winter residency at Junction bar 3030 with a launch tomorrow night, Tuesday, December 11, 2012, during 3030's weekly Analog Night. There will be bourbon, poetry, knitting and much more. The fun gets started at 7:00p.m. For full event details, please click here.
