Filming The Edible City

In a few weeks, you'll be able to pick up tips on cooking and cocktail making at OpenBookToronto.com. "Fabulous," you're thinking, "but isn't Open Book supposed to be about books?" Fear not, we're staying on topic. We've partnered with Coach House Books to bring you recipes from the latest book in Coach House's uTOpia series, The Edible City. The videos will feature The Edible City contributors Rea McNamara, Kathryn Borel and Katarina Gligorijevic whipping up beef roti, apple-sausage-cornbread stuffing and the Toronto cocktail. Vepo Studios was at Dish Studios last Saturday to film the authors/chefs in action.
