Share |

This year, one of the finalists for the TD Canadian Children’s Literature Award will be the recipient of the first TD Canadian Children’s Fan Choice Award. Young people across Canada are encouraged to vote for their favourite book online at the CBC Books Kids website. One lucky voter will be selected to win a trip to Toronto to meet their favourite author and to present the award at the TD Canadian Children’s Literature Award gala event on October 22, 2013.

TD Bank Group (TD) and the Canadian Children’s Book Centre (CCBC) announced the 2013 finalists earlier this week. The finalists represent the best in Canadian children’s books for ages 1 to 12 in all genres. The winner of the TD Canadian Children’s Literature Award will win $30,000 cash price. More information about the award can be found here.
