Peace Tower, set under the eye of the actual tower in Ottawa, is about how a young married couple learn what love actually means.

F.G. Paci was born in Italy and grew up in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He was educated at the University of Toronto (B.A., B.Ed.) and Carleton (M.A.). He was the Elia Chair writer-in-residence at York University and has an honorary degree from Laurentian University.
