SEPTEMBER WRITER-IN-RESIDENCE STACEY MADDEN
Stacey Madden is Open Book: Toronto's September 2012 Writer in Residence! Visit Stacey's WIR page and learn how to judge a book by its cover, intriguing facts and myths about redheads and why he chooses fiction over antidepressants. You can also read his Dirty Dozen interview and his reading and website recommendations.

September Book Giveaway: Open Book and ECW Press are giving away a copy of Stacey's must-read debut novel, Poison Shy. THE WORD ON THE STREET INTERVIEW SERIES
The coutdown is on to one of the most exciting festivals of the season! The Word On The Street takes over Queen's Park Circle on September 23. We're gearing up for the festival by speaking with some of the brilliant authors who are going to be at the Vibrant Voices of Ontario Tent. The tent showcases talented authors from our province, and it is presented by the Ontario Media Development Corporation and hosted by local literati Becky Toyne and Steven W. Beattie.
